SHRIMP AND SALSA 
2 tbsp. butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 c. sliced green onion
1 c. (4 oz.) chopped green chilies
1 c. thick n' chunky salsa
2 tbsp. lime juice
1 lb. lg. shrimp, peeled and deveined
8 oz. fettuccine, cooked and drained

In a large skillet, melt butter and saute garlic and onion for 3 to 4 minutes. Stir in green chilies, salsa and lime juice, cook until bubbly. Stir in shrimp; cook until shrimp are cooked and turn pink. On a large platter, place fettuccine and top with shrimp salsa. Makes 4-6 servings.
