1 box white cake mix
1 box pistachio pudding
1 c. cooking oil
3 eggs
1 c. 7-Up
1/2 c. black walnuts, chopped

Mix and pour into a greased 13"x9" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.

FROSTING:

2 env. Dream Whip
1 box pistachio pudding
1 1/2 c. cold milk

Beat mixture until forms stiff peaks.
