1 1/2 lbs. ground chuck
1/2 lb. sausage
2 eggs
Salt and pepper to taste
15 crushed crackers
1 c. milk
Chopped onion
Dash sage

Mix well. Mold in greased skillet or pan. 350 degree oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Before baking, pour picquant sauce on meat loaf.

PICQUANT SAUCE:

3 tbsp. brown sugar
1/4 c. catsup
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. dry mustard

Mix well.
