BEEF AND MACARONI SAUTE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. macaroni, uncooked
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 clove garlic
1/4 c. vegetable oil
Tomato juice (approx. 3 c.) or V-8
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Saute beef, macaroni, onion, green pepper, and garlic in hot oil until macaroni turns slightly yellow. Drain off excess fat. Add tomato juice and seasonings; bring to boil.

Cover and simmer for 20 minutes. Uncover and simmer for several more minutes or until sauce is reduced to desired consistency.
