BEEF GARDEN CASSEROLE 
1 med. onion
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 can green beans or lima beans, drained
10 1/2 oz. can condensed tomato soup
1 can corn
1 recipe Cheese Spins (below)

Cook onion in small amount of oil until tender, not brown. Add ground beef seasonings and brown lightly. Add green beans, corn and tomato soup. Pour into 1 1/2 quart casserole. Top with Cheese Spins.

TOPPING:

1 c. sifted self-rising flour
2 tbsp. shortening
1/3 c. milk
1/2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese

Spread topping on mixture and cook until done in 350 degree oven.
