CORNED BEEF CASSEROLE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. noodles
1 (12 oz.) can corned beef, diced
1/4 lb. American cheese, diced
1 (10 1/2 or 11 oz.) can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 c. milk
1/2 c. chopped onion
3/4 c. buttered crumbs

Cook noodles in boiling, salted water until tender; drain. Add corned beef, cheese, soup, milk and onion. Pour into greased 2 quart casserole. Top with buttered crumbs. Bake in moderate oven (350 degrees) 45 minutes. Serves 8-10.

Followed the recipe exactly. Really tasty, and goes together very quickly. Looks appetizing as well.

Think that crushed potatoes chips might be a good topper for a difference.

Did not add additional cheese, as the corned beef and American cheese added the needed salt.

Like I said followed the recipe to a T and it came out great.
