CHICKEN CASSEROLE OLE | |
1 1/2 c. chopped cooked chicken 1 (11 oz.) can condensed nacho cheese or Cheddar cheese soup 1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained 1 (2 1/4 oz.) can sliced pitted ripe olives, drained 1/3 c. milk 6 (6") corn tortillas, cut into 8 wedges In a 1 3/4 quart casserole, combine all ingredients. Cover. Microwave on high for 10 to 12 minutes or until heated through. |
