MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. (10) floured tortillas
2 jars picante salsa (mild or hot)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can nacho cheese soup
2 lbs. ground beef
Salt and pepper to taste
1 (8 oz.) bag shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 (8 oz.) bag shredded Cheddar cheese

Put two tortillas in bottom of 10x13 pan.

Brown ground beef; drain (if desired add bell pepper and onion, chopped fine). Add salsa, soup, salt and pepper. Layer meat mixture and top with cheese, 2 tortillas, meat mixture, cheese, until you finish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
