CHICKEN FRENCH 
1 stick butter
3 tsp. minced garlic
4 boneless chicken breasts
3 c. seasoned bread crumbs
2 eggs
1/4 c. lemon juice
3/4 c. water
1/2 c. dry white wine (optional)
4 slices Swiss cheese

Melt butter in an electric fry pan and saute garlic in it. Beat eggs in mixing bowl. Dip chicken in egg. Then coat in bread crumbs, brown on both sides in butter and garlic about 10 minutes on each side.

Mix lemon juice, water and wine together and pour over chicken. Cover and cook 25 minutes. Top each breast with a slice of Swiss cheese and cover to melt cheese. Serve warm.
