1 lg. box lemon Jello mixed according to directions on box

Chill until partly congealed. Mix:

1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. salad dressing
1/4 c. onions, finely chopped
3/4 c. cucumbers, peeled and diced
1/4 c. pimentos, chopped

Combine all of the ingredients with the gelatin and stir to mix well.

Pour into individual molds on serving pan. Garnish with pepper ring or ripe olive.
