1 pkg. lime Jello
3/4 c. hot water
1/4 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. onion juice or few drops garlic juice
1/2 c. Miracle Whip salad dressing
1 c. peeled cucumber, minced or sm. cubes

Prepare Jello, add lemon juice, onion or garlic juice. Chill until partially set. Then add remaining ingredients and pour into mold.
