1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime gelatin
1 c. boiling water
1 c. salad dressing
1 c. sm. curd cottage cheese
1/8 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped, pared cucumber
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
2 tbsp. minced onion

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Using a rotary beater, beat in salad dressing. Add cottage cheese and salt; blend well. Chill until slightly thickened. Fold in cucumber, celery, green pepper and onion. Pour into lightly oiled 5-cup mold. Chill until set.
