I doesn't matter how much calories, if you are using this to help you give energy to exercise and lose weight, burn more calories than you eat it really is that easy. People, stop making weight losing harder than it actually is.

Excellent base recipe that you can modify to suit. Jackie has to learn to use all natural ingredients, as opposed to processed foods or additives.

This recipe is great. I used apple bananas. Love it!! Oh and Jackie you could have kept your opinion to yourself. Dont tell somebody else how to make THEIR smoothie. That is all, thank you

Don't take something that is healthy and add artificial sweeteners to turn it into a poison! Having two bananas in this recipe helps to sweeten it naturally. I added a little honey because it's good for you. One of my favorite smoothies. Thank you.

Excellent smoothie! My three kids loved it. I used orange juice in place of the water, though...and added flaxseed. :) And to the person who commented on the "two bananas" being high calorie...remember this recipe has six servings...
