TUNA ROLL 
1 egg, beaten
2 cans tuna, drained
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. shredded cheese
1 tsp. celery salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Combine and mix well.

Make a dough of: 1/2 c. cold water

Knead 5 times. Roll into rectangle. Spread tuna mixture on and roll up. Pinch ends together. Make cuts 2 inches apart to shape like a horseshoe. Beat egg and brush on top. Bake 25 to 30 minutes in 350 degree oven. Top with cheese sauce as you serve it.

SAUCE:

1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. Bisquick
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 c. milk
1 c. shredded cheese
