CHICKEN SALAD 
6 oz. corkscrew macaroni
2 c. cooked chicken, cubed
1/2 c. Italian dressing
1/2 c. mayonnaise
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 med. onion, chopped
3/4 c. ripe olives, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
1 tsp. pepper
Salt to taste

Cook macaroni. Mix cooked chicken and dressing with hot macaroni. Cool. Blend mayonnaise, lemon juice and mustard. Stir in olives, celery and pepper. Add to macaroni mix. Salt to taste. Chill 2 or more hours to blend flavors. Serves 4 to 8.
