CHICKEN SALAD WITH A TWIST | |
6 oz. pkg. corkscrew macaroni 3 c. cooked chicken 1/2 c. Italian dressing 1/2 c. mayonnaise 3 tbsp. lemon juice 1 tbsp. msutard 1 med. onion, chopped 3/4 c. ripe olive wedges 1 c. diced cucumbers 1 c. diced celery 1 tsp. pepper Salt Cook macaroni as directed on package. Mix cooked chicken and Italian dressing with hot macaroni. Cool. Blend mayonnaise, lemon juice and msutard and stir in chopped onions, cucumbers, celery and pepper. Add to macaroni mixture. Salt to taste. Mix well. Chill 2 or more hours to blend flavor. Serve in lettuce cups. Makes 4 to 8 servings. Canterbury Bells Garden Club |
