CHICKEN WITH VEGETABLE SALAD 
Chicken breast (boiled & chopped)
Lettuce, shredded
Lemon pepper
1/2 c. chopped celery
Frozen peas
Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 c. sour cream
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. elbow macaroni, boiled

Microwave chicken breast and chop into bite size pieces. Boil elbow macaroni and set aside. Shred lettuce and season with lemon pepper. Combine lettuce, celery, peas, cheese and macaroni and chicken pieces in casserole dish. Blend mayonnaise and sour cream together and spread on top of salad. Refrigerate.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
