CHICKEN SALAD 
4 c. cooked chicken, cut up
1 pkg. cooked macaroni "o"s
1 1/2 c. chopped celery
1 c. green onion, chopped
2 c. chow mein noodles
1 c. cashew nuts
Mayonnaise
(For color you may add grated carrots or red pimento)

Mix chicken, macaroni, celery and onion. Add mayonnaise, to taste. Just before serving, add chow mein noodles and cashews.
