CHICKEN SALAD 
4 lg. chicken breasts
1 lg. can pineapple chunks
1 pkg. cooked frozen peas
1 c. cashew nuts
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. shell macaroni
Mayonnaise

Boil chicken, skin and debone it, then cut into bite size pieces. Boil macaroni and mix with chicken. Add pineapple without juice, peas, celery and mayonnaise to taste. Add cashews, stir and refrigerate until ready to serve.
