BLACK EYED PEA AND SAUSAGE
CASSEROLE
 
1 lb. sausage
2 (15 oz.) cans ranch style dried black eyed peas
Chopped onions
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
1/4 c. water
1 tsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. pepper

Crumble sausage, cook and drain. Stir in onion and garlic powder. Cook until onion is soft. Add other ingredients and cook over low heat for 1 hour.
