NATHAN'S BLACK-EYED PEAS WITH
SAUSAGE
 
1/2 lb. hot bulk pork sausage
2 c. water
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen black-eyed peas

Brown sausage. In large skillet; drain. Add water and seasonings. Bring to a boil. Add peas and return to a boil. Cover and simmer 40 to 45 minutes. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
