EASY CHERRY DESSERT 
1 can cherry pie filling
1/2 pkg. yellow cake mix
1/2 c. butter, melted
1/2 c. chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans)

Lightly grease 8x8 or 9x9 inch baking dish. Pour in pie filling. Sprinkle the cake mix and then the nuts over the cherries. Pour butter over all. Bake at 350 degrees about 45 minutes. Serve with ice cream or frozen yogurt. Serves 6.
