1 pkg. dried beef
1 sm. onion
1 green pepper
1 (3 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. sour cream

Dice onion and green pepper very fine. Cut dried beef very finely. Combine with cream cheese and sour cream. Place in oven proof dish. Heat at 350 degrees until warm (1/2 hour). Serve with wheat crackers.
