CHOCOLATE CHIP CHEESECAKE 
3 pkgs. (8 oz. each) cream cheese
3 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. granulated sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 rolls (20 oz. each) refrigerator chocolate chip cookie dough

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix together well the cream cheese, eggs, sugar and vanilla. Set aside.

Slice cookie dough rolls into 1/3 inch slices. Place slices of one roll into a 9x13 inch pan. Press dough together to cover bottom of baking pan. Spoon cream cheese mixture evenly over dough and top with slices of remaining package of dough. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until golden brown and center is slightly firm. Cool then refrigerate.
