NO BAKE RUM BALLS 
2 1/2 c. vanilla wafer crumbs
1 c. confectioners' sugar
2 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa
1 c. finely chopped nuts (pecans, almonds, walnuts, etc.)
1/2 c. light corn syrup
1/4 c. light rum

Combine first 4 ingredients. Add syrup and rum and stir until well blended. Shape into 1 inch balls. Place on waxed paper. Let stand 1 hour. Roll in confectioners' sugar, if desired. Store in tightly covered container 3 days before serving. Makes about 5 dozen.
