MUSHROOM CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
4 chicken breast filets
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 tbsp. cooking sherry
Garlic powder
Butter
Fresh mushrooms

Grease bottom of casserole dish with butter. Lightly sprinkle chicken filets with garlic powder and place in dish. Next add fresh sliced mushrooms. Top with canned soup and pour sherry on top. Cover casserole and bake 45 minutes in a 350 degree oven.
