CORN CASSEROLE I 
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 can cream corn
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
bell pepper, chopped (optional)
onion, chopped (optional)
1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
1 stick butter

Melt butter in casserole dish. Add other ingredients and stir. Cook at 350°F for 45 to 55 minutes.
