CORNBREAD CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 egg
1 tsp. pepper
1 can cream style corn
1 c. milk
1 box Jiffy muffin mix
1 chopped onion
1 tbsp. butter
2 c. grated cheese

Mix ground beef with onion and pepper. Brown in skillet and set aside - after draining. Mix cornbread mix as directed on package, adding cream style corn tom mixture. Melt butter in large skillet. Spread 1/2 cornbread mixture in skillet. Top with ground beef and cheese then pour remaining cornbread mixture in skillet. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes or until done.
