CHEESE AND SAUSAGE BALLS 
1 lb. sharp cheddar cheese
1 lb. hot sausage
3 1/2 c. Bisquick

Shred cheese. Break up sausage and combine with Bisquick and cheese. Form into balls. Bake at 350 degrees until brown about 20 minutes. Can form balls and freeze. Thaw before baking.
