SUNSHINE SALAD 
1 pkg. orange gelatin
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. boiling water
1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
1 can mandarin orange slices, drained
1/2 pt. sour cream

Dissolve gelatin and sugar in hot water. Add fruit. Refrigerate until mixture has cooled. Add sour cream, folding in thoroughly. Chill until firm.
