MEXICAN DINNER 
1 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion, diced
1 clove garlic, chopped
4 1/2 tsp. chili powder
1 (16 oz.) can whole tomatoes + juice
1 (16 oz.) can kernel corn, drained
1 can lg. kidney beans + juice
1 tsp. oregano leaves
1/2 tsp. salt

Brown hamburger, onions, garlic and drain grease. Add chili powder, oregano and salt. Cook 1 minute; add tomatoes, corn and beans. Simmer for 10 minutes. Put in 2 quart baking dish. Top with grated cheddar cheese and Tostadas. Bake 350 degrees, uncovered, for 30 minutes.
