MEXICAN DINNER 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef (lean)
1/2 lb. sausage (hot Italian)
1 lg. chopped onion

Saute together and drain well.

Layer in casserole:

1 large can refried beans

Meat mixture

1 can chopped green chilies

1 layer grated Cheddar (1 pound)

1 layer taco sauce (1 bottle hot/1 bottle mild)

Bake at 325 degrees for 30-35 minutes. After removing from oven, let casserole cool and set.

Layer on top of meat mixture:

GUACAMOLE DIP:

Mix together: Chopped onion Salt and pepper Garlic salt Tabasco 2 tbsp. mayonnaise 2 tbsp. lemon juice

Layer of sour cream

Layer of chopped scallions

Layer of chopped olives

Serve with Doritos or tortillas, etc.
