BREAKFAST BURRITOS 
1 pkg. flour tortillas (10 count)
1 pkg. frozen O'Brien potatoes
1 c. diced ham
6 eggs, whisked
1 c. grated Cheddar or Jack cheese
1 sm. can Ortega chilies, diced

In a large skillet, cook the O'Brien potatoes according to package directions. When potatoes are cooked, add the ham. Cook a few minutes. Add the eggs and cheese and chilies. Cook until done 3-5 minutes. Be sure to keep moving the mixture while cooking. Heat tortillas, and put the mixture inside each tortilla, garnish with salsa. Roll up and enjoy! Serve with fresh fruit.
