ZABAGLIONE 
Yolks of 3 eggs
1 1/2 tbsp. sugar
Little over 1/2 c. sherry wine
1 tsp. lemon juice

Beat egg yolks and sugar until fluffy. Add sherry and lemon juice. Mix well. Pour into double boiler. Stir with rotary egg beater. Pour into cups, serve hot. Delicious served cold over canned pears. Makes 2 portions. Can be doubled.
