CHOCOLATE ZUCCHINI CAKE 
8 tbsp. cocoa or 3 sq. chocolate
3 tbsp. cooking oil
3 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
4 eggs
3 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. salad oil
3 c. grated zucchini
1 c. chopped nuts

Beat eggs. Add sugar and salad oil. Gradually add cocoa to heated mixture. Add dry ingredients and mix well. Add zucchini and nuts. Turn into 3 loaf pans or one 10 inch tube pan (well greased and floured). Bake for 1 1/4 hours at 325 degrees. Cool on rack for 15 minutes and remove. Let cool.
