CINNAMON ROLLS 
2 c. Mission Mix
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. water

Stir sugar into mix; add water and stir 20 times. Turn onto floured board and knead. Roll 1/3 inch thick; spread with filling and roll up as for jelly roll. Cut 1 inch thick and place in oiled pan with cut side up. Bake 20 minutes in oven at 375 degrees. Makes 12.

FILLING FOR CINNAMON ROLLS:

2 tbsp. soft butter
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. cinnamon

(Our family likes more cinnamon.) Mix ingredients well and spread evenly on rolled out dough. (Chopped nuts and raisins can also be added.)
