VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
1 bag California vegetables, frozen (Birds Eye)
2 eggs, beaten
1 sm. container heavy whipping cream
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
Dash each salt, pepper, cayenne & nutmeg

Cook vegetables as directed, best if steamed with butter and salt. Beat eggs, add cream, cheese, salt, pepper, cayenne and nutmeg. Put vegetables when done into a casserole then pour mixture over vegetables. If it doesn't quite cover, add more cream. Top with grated cheese. Bake at 400 degrees until solid, approximately 35 to 45 minutes. Delicious.
