VEGETABLE CASSEROLE | |
2 bags (16 oz. bag) Bird's Eye Frozen Broccoli, Cauliflower and Carrots 2 cans mushroom soup (do not add water) 4 oz. Velveeta cheese, cubed 3/4 stick butter Croutons Mix all ingredients EXCEPT for the butter and croutons. Spread this mixture in a 9x13 inch pan. Melt the 3/4 stick of butter, pour over the casserole. Top with croutons. Bake in 325 degree oven one hour covered, then fifteen minutes uncovered. |
