COCONUT CAKE 
1 white cake mix
1 can cream of coconut (shake thoroughly)
8 oz. Cool Whip
Coconut for garnish

Bake cake according to directions. While still hot poke holes all over top of cake with large toothpick. Spoon cream of coconut over top of cake allowing it to drizzle into holes. Cool in refrigerator and spread with Cool Whip. Sprinkle on coconut and serve.
