CROCKPOT ITALIAN BEEF 
3 to 4 lb.s chuck roast
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 tsp. basil
1 clove garlic
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. sage
1/2 tsp. thyme
1/2 tsp. marjoram
1 pkg. dry onion soup
1/2 c. water

Cook in crockpot on low 24 hours or on high 12 hours. Shred and serve on buns.

Very good and simple to make. Have used this one several times adding a teaspoon of Cavendars seasoning to it which adds to it!
