NEXT BEST THING TO ROBERT
REDFORD (Brooke Shields)
 
1 cube butter
1 c. unsifted flour
1 c. pecans, chopped

LAYER 1:
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 lg. tub Cool Whip

LAYER 2:
1 lg. each instant pudding (1 chocolate, 1 vanilla or 2 lg. pkg. lemon pudding)
3 c. milk

LAYER 3:
1 1/2 pt. whipping cream
Slivered chocolate (optional)

Crust: Mix all 3 ingredients and press into 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 20 minutes, until golden in color. Cool before proceeding.

Layer 1: Mix softened cream cheese and powdered sugar together. Fold in 1/2 of the tub of Cool Whip. Spread as Layer 1.

Layer 2: Mix all together until thick. Spread as Layer 2.

Layer 3: Spread remaining 1/2 tub of Cool Whip. Whip the cream and spread over the Cool Whip.
