GARDEN SALISBURY STEAK 
1 can golden mushroom soup
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 lb. ground meat
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
1/4 c. chopped onion
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 c. water
2 tbsp. chopped parsley

Blend soup, mustard, water, Worcestershire sauce and set aside. Combine beef, egg, bread crumbs, onion, salt and pepper. Blend into 6 oval patties. Brown in skillet. Pour off fat, add soup mixture and parsley. Cook covered over low heat for 20 minutes. Stirring occasionally. Serve with mashed potatoes or rice.
