CABBAGE ROLLS 
Very lg. head cabbage
2 lb. hamburger
1/2 lb. sausage
1 sm. onion
1 lg. can sauerkraut
Salt and pepper
1 sm. bottle catsup
2 cans tomato juice
3 eggs
2 c. rice

Steam cabbage so that the leaves can be removed whole. Mix meats, eggs, onions, rice, salt, pepper and catsup together. Place an amount inside the cabbage leaf and wrap. Layer in deep baking pan or roaster with sauerkraut until you get almost to the top. Pour tomato juice over all and bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours.
