SPINACH SALAD 
1 lb. fresh spinach, washed and drained
1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
2 bunches green onions and tops, chopped
1 lb. crisp fried bacon, crumbled
3 boiled eggs, diced

Combine above in large bowl and top with following dressing. 2/3 c. sugar 1/2 tsp. dry mustard 1 tsp. salt Dash of pepper

Blend all ingredients in blender. At end as dressing thickens, slowly add 1/2 cup cider vinegar.
