SICILIAN SUPPER 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
3/4 c. water
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3/4 c. milk
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
2 c. cooked egg noodles
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese

Brown ground beef with chopped onion. Add tomato paste, water, salt and pepper. Simmer 5 minutes.

Heat milk with cream cheese and garlic salt. Stir in 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese. Let cool.

Cook egg noodles.

In a casserole dish, alternate layer of noodles, meat sauce and cream cheese mixture. Repeat until you have used up all ingredients. Sprinkle with 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Serves 6.
