ITALIAN TERI DELIGHT 
1/2 stick butter
1 c. flour
1 c. chopped nuts
1 lg. pkg. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. Cool Whip
1 1/2 c. + 1/2 tsp. milk
1 box instant chocolate pudding
1 box instant vanilla pudding

In large oblong baking dish melt 1/2 stick butter, spread evenly. Sprinkle 1 cup flour over this and 1 cup nuts. Set aside to cool.

Mix together cream cheese, sugar and 1 cup Cool Whip; spread over crust. Now prepare pudding as directed and smooth over cream cheese mixture.

Prepare chocolate pudding and smooth over vanilla pudding. Top with Cool Whip. Chill in refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
