SAUSAGE DELIGHT DIP 
1 lb. bulk Italian sausage (sweet, mild or spicy)
1 (10 oz.) can Rotel tomatoes with green chilies
1/2 cup salsa (your choice)
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese

Brown sausage. Depending on how spicy you want your dip, use mild or spicy Italian sausage.

Drain excess oil and put inside a Crock-Pot. Add cream cheese, Rotel and salsa (use mild, medium or hot depending on your taste). Let cook for a couple of hours.

Serve with tortilla chips or crackers. Yum!!
