LIME JELLO SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime Jello
1 c. hot water 1/4 c. marshmallows
1 c. pineapple juice
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 c. crushed pineapple
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 c. Cool Whip

Dissolve lime Jello and marshmallows in hot water; cool slightly, add pineapple juice. Let begin to set, add cream, crushed pineapple and nuts. Let set until it begins to get firm. Add Cool Whip, put in mold and refrigerate until serving time.
