EASY CHEESY CARROTS 
1 lb. (approximately 4 c.) sliced carrots
1 tbsp. water
1 large green pepper, diced
4 oz. Kraft pasteurized, processed cheese with jalapeo peppers, cut in chunks (or Cheez Whiz)

Combine carrots and water in 1 1/2-quart casserole. Cook, uncovered, for 10 minutes or until crispy tender. Add green peppers and cook 3 to 4 minutes. Add cheese and cook 1 minute to melt cheese. Let stand, covered just a few minutes before serving.

Note: For a milder flavor, use 2 ounces plain pasteurized processed cheese and 2 ounces of the jalapeno pepper flavored cheese.
