EASY CARROT CAKE 
1 (2 layer) yellow cake mix, light
1 1/4 c. Miracle Whip fat free
1 c. egg substitute
2 tsp. ground cinnamon
2 c. finely shredded carrots
1/2 c. chopped walnuts

Mix with mixer cake mix, salad dressing, eggs, water and cinnamon. Stir in carrots and walnuts. Pour into sprayed with Pam, 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until wooden pick comes out clean.

FROST WITH:

1 (3 oz.) pkg. fat free cream cheese
1 tbsp. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. cornstarch
3 c. powdered sugar

Mix only until blended.
